My car in the INTRL League
Hi!!
I see that you made it here, glad
you did. Like many of you, I to
have gotten addicted to the popular
Sim Game of Nascar 2. Some days it's
worst than other days, but hey, theres
allot worst things to be addicted to.

Anyway this is my web page,
which is the first of many to come, so
keep checking back, to see the changes.
The changes should be fast in coming, I
plan on working pretty hard on it, to
make it as good as some of the other
sites that I have visited lately...

Thoughts on Downloading

Please don't feel that I'm trying to tell you how to keep your house, oops! I mean
filing system...I'm just relating to you, the way that works for me...So this may or
may not be of some help to you...Hey, if you have any thoughts on this, or a better
way of doing this let me know, I'm always open for an easier or better way of doing things..

Do to the fact that, there are so many upgrades, tracks, patches and so forth, I have
a folder that I have named "Nascar2 upgrades"...Inside this folder, I have quite a few
different sub-directories...Examples: Car sets, Tracks, Updates, interior, exterior-decal,
you get the idea... I do this because, it makes if allot easier, for me, to find and keep
track of all my goodies, *GRIN* that I find during my surfing from site to site...

At the time that I'm doing my downloading, I usually just put the files into the main
directory "Nascar2 upgrades"...Then, when I go to work with my goodies, I'll take and
organize them into the proper sub-directories, after I see if I want to use and keep the
zip file or not...The other reason that I do this is,...Well, *Smiling* I do get a bit
carried away sometimes with my downloading, and if I put the files into their sub-directory,
I don't always remember what all I have downloaded, and if I see it in the main
directory, I know that I just got the file or I haven't had it for very long..

One other thing that I have found to help myself is, not to be afraid to rename the
the file that I'm downloading...The reason for this is, with the name that some zip
files are named, I don't always remember, what the file is for, you might want to
keep the original name of the file in parenthesis( ), along with your description, so
you don't download the same file twice...I've done that a time or two...

Hopefully this will help out someone, to keep better track of their upgrades..
